List bullets overlay floating imageSometimes list bullets or number overlay floating image. To fix this just add css definition for your UL and OL elements to your CSS file: list-style-position:inside;
ul,ol {
list-style-position:inside;
}

This is JComments, right?

How did you get rid of the other options (like Quote, Link text, Format text, etc.) in the comments option list above the window where I typed this?

Do you have issues with comments overlaying your website footer?

There are setting for limiting the buttons for different user groups. I.e. unregistred see less buttons the registred.

No, I don't. It seems to be a specific template problem, provide a link please. A CCS fill pobably will be enough.

Cheers for pointing out that menu - I'd looked at it, but not closely enough.

Unable to post link or screenshot - I'm working on an intranet site, and don't have the means. I'm pursuing a CSS solution as per your suggestion though.

Thanks for your advice and help gruz, very much appreciated.

Hey Gruz,

Thanks for the CSS tip. That was bothering me.

Did not test any other browsers, but on IE 9 the problem did not happen when I did not specify a DOCTYPE. The problem did happen when I used the following at the start of my page.

!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"

Thanks,
Andrew

Removing DOCTYPE declarations is not a way out because of many reasons (-:
